Manage users and approvals
Apply roles and scope deliberately, then review high-risk requests with a clear decision trail.
Review access before changing it
Use the Users area to inspect membership status, role, current permissions, and scope. Assign the least-privileged role that supports the person's work. Site, category, and project scope can narrow what a role may reach; record a reason when changing sensitive access.
Handle the membership lifecycle
Use only the actions shown for your permissions and environment. Invitations, reactivation, deactivation, and directory-backed changes can have different availability. If Itemra reports that an external directory operation is unavailable, leave the membership unchanged and ask an authorized administrator to resolve it.
Decide approval requests
The Approvals queue covers supported high-risk actions such as large adjustments, archiving stock, item merges, bulk deletion, and purchase orders over budget. Review the subject and requester, then approve, reject with a reason, delegate, or cancel when the action and your role allow it. A requester cannot decide their own request.
Keep platform access separate
Platform administration is a separate permissioned context for Itemra operators. Organization administrators should manage only their own users and approvals. Never copy customer data or sensitive operational details into a decision comment.
