Configure settings and billing
Manage organization defaults, controlled vocabularies, product access, and available subscription actions.
Set organization defaults
Start with the organization name, language, time zone, and default currency. These defaults affect how dates, amounts, and new records are presented, so review them before importing data or inviting a larger team.
Standardize operational choices
Use the settings areas available to your role to manage categories, tags, units, conditions, reason codes, numbering, custom fields, labels, alerts, and other enabled capabilities. Reuse shared values instead of creating near-duplicates, and review their usage before merging or retiring them.
Review product access
The Billing page shows the current plan, status, usage, and the plan choices available to the organization. Capability limits can hide or block product areas independently of a user's role. Ask an organization administrator when a required action is unavailable.
Use available billing actions
Checkout and the secure billing portal appear only when they are available for the current role and environment. Confirm plan, billing interval, currency, included seats, and total price before continuing. If a control is marked unavailable or fails to open, keep the current plan and contact an authorized administrator; do not retry payment actions blindly.
