Reserve and pick stock

Allocate available stock and complete a guided, traceable pick.

Reserve demand

Create demand from the relevant project, order, or work activity. Reserve the required item and unit so planned consumption is visible before someone walks to the shelf.

Review availability

Check on-hand, reserved, and available quantities separately. Resolve shortages before releasing the pick. Follow lot, expiry, serial, and site policies where they apply.

Pick in sequence

Use the guided list and scan the source, item, and destination or issue point. Record the actual quantity. Do not complete a line for material that is still on the shelf.

Finish exceptions

Record substitutions or short picks explicitly. Complete the pick only after physical material and screen state agree, then verify the resulting stock movements.
