Billing & plans
The plan catalog, quotas and usage, trials and grace periods, checkout, the billing portal, and invoices.
Plans
Itemra's plans stack capabilities: Free (core inventory, labels, imports/exports, basic reports), Solo (adds receiving, purchasing, suppliers, BOMs, projects, attachments, custom fields, alerts, webhooks), Team (adds counting, picking, transfers, multi-site, tools, vehicles, serial tracking, automation, advanced reports and insights, accounting integrations, custom roles, approvals), and Business (adds lot traceability, audit exports, retention controls, SSO/SCIM, sandbox, SLA). Feature pages in this manual note their capability where it matters — a locked feature shows a lock plus an upgrade path rather than vanishing.
The billing page
Settings → Billing shows the current plan and subscription status, quota usage — seats, sites, API keys, labels per month, items — against the plan's limits, plan choices, and your invoice history.
Checkout and plan changes run through a secure payment provider; the billing portal manages payment methods and receipts. Both appear only for roles allowed to manage billing (typically the owner).
Trials, grace, and failed payments
New organizations start on a trial of the Team plan. Approaching expiry is announced in-app and by e-mail; expiry drops the organization to its paid plan's capabilities (or Free) after a grace period — data is never deleted by a lapse, features just lock until the plan covers them again. Failed payments follow the same pattern: warnings, a grace window, then capability lock, all reversible by fixing the payment method in the portal.
Complimentary access
Some organizations run on complimentary or credited access granted by Itemra (e.g. switching campaigns). It behaves like the granted plan, and its expiry is announced the same way — the billing page always shows what your access currently rests on.
