The settings hub
Settings collects every configuration surface as cards, grouped and permission-filtered — cards your role can't manage don't appear, and plan-locked areas show a lock. This page covers the organization-wide defaults; taxonomy, alerts, automation, billing, and integrations have their own pages in this manual.
General
Settings → General holds the defaults that shape everything else: organization name, default language for new members and outbound mail, time zone (report periods and schedules hang on it), default currency, and the inventory valuation model that valuation reports use. Review these before importing data or inviting a team — changing currency or valuation model later touches every number's presentation.
Numbering formats
Settings → Numbering defines how generated codes look — transfers, counts, purchase orders, pick lists — with a live preview per format. Set them before the codes start appearing on printed documents; reset returns a format to default.
Settings → E-mail configures how Itemra's outbound notification mail is sent for your organization, with a send test e-mail button to verify the pipe end-to-end before anyone waits on a notification that can't arrive.
