Planned vs actual

Planned vs actual compares a project's planned material (its linked BOM revisions) against reservations and actual consumption. Gaps mean substitutions, shortages, or unplanned use — investigate them while the project's activity feed still has the context.

Tool checkout history

Checkout history lists who had which serialized unit when, with conditions at checkout and return — the accountability trail for shared equipment, and the first place to look when something comes back damaged.

Calibration due

Calibration due lists units whose calibration or maintenance schedule is due or overdue. Overdue units here should already be quarantined or flagged by your tool alerts; the report is the periodic sweep that catches what notifications didn't.

Asset inventory

Asset inventory is the full register of serialized units — status, holder, location, acquisition data — the export an insurer, auditor, or year-end process asks for.
