Movement history and rollup
Movement history is the reporting view over the ledger: filter by period, kind, item, location, and actor, then export for reconciliation. Use an explicit date range and remember the time zone — period reports live and die on boundaries. The rollup aggregates the same data (per item, kind, or period) when you need totals rather than rows.
Top adjustments
Top adjustments ranks the largest manual corrections in the window — by quantity or value — with their reason codes. It's the shortlist for "where does stock keep going wrong": recurring large adjustments on the same item or location point at a process problem, not a data problem.
Counting variance
Counting variance aggregates count results: expected vs counted per task and line, with the reasons recorded at review. Watch it after every counting cycle — variance trending down is the health metric of the whole inventory discipline.
High-variance adjustments isolates count corrections that breached your thresholds, pairing each with its review decision — the audit view of the count approval flow.
