Integrations
Accounting
Connect Fiken, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Tripletex; map accounts; run journal exports; and reconcile deliveries.
Providers
Settings → Accounting connects your ledger: Fiken, QuickBooks Online, and Xero via OAuth (you approve access in the provider's own UI), Tripletex via API key. One provider connection per organization. (Accounting integrations are a plan capability; the accounting permissions gate this page.)
After connecting, Itemra verifies the connection, discovers your company where the provider has several, and pulls the chart of accounts.
Account mapping
The mapping step decides where inventory numbers land: which accounts receive inventory value, consumption, adjustments, and the purchase-side entries. The mapping dialog works against your real chart of accounts — settle it with your accountant once; everything after flows through it.
Journal runs and deliveries
An export happens in two deliberate steps. Prepare builds a journal run from a period's inventory activity — review its lines against the mapped accounts. Send delivers the run to the provider; each delivery tracks its state through delivered, failed, or action-required, with retry for transient failures and reconciliation against what the provider actually recorded. The purchase order page shows its own journal state on the delivery panel.
An export schedule automates the prepare-and-send cadence once you trust the mapping. The accounting alert kinds — delivered, failed, action required — keep the bookkeeper in the loop, and every run and delivery is auditable after the fact.
