Scheduled reports

Report subscriptions on a cadence: formats, channels, cron schedules, run-now, and delivery states.

Subscriptions

Reports → Schedules (also reachable as Settings → Report subscriptions) delivers reports on a cadence instead of on demand: the Monday-morning stock valuation, the daily movement extract for finance.

Create a subscription

New subscription picks the report kind, its parameters, a cadence — daily, weekly (choose the weekday), monthly, quarterly, or a cron expression for anything else — the delivery format (CSV or XLSX; formats vary by report), and the channel: an in-app notification, or e-mail.

Requires the scheduling and export permissions and the scheduled-reports plan capability.

Runs and delivery

Each firing generates the report as an export job and delivers it; Run now fires a schedule immediately (the sanity check after editing one). Disabled schedules keep their configuration but skip firings. If a delivery needs attention — a failed generation, an undeliverable address — the schedule shows it and the report.ready alert kind carries the notification.
