The touch-first floor launcher, guided mobile flows, the scanner, offline behavior, and installing Itemra as an app.
Everyday inventory on a phone
The top bar keeps search and your organization/site in reach. Open the menu to navigate; language and theme are available from your user menu. Dashboard actions wrap below the title and inventory widgets fit the screen.
Items shows summaries with the name, SKU, available quantity, status and location. Use Filters & views for more controls or Full table for all columns. Returning to a computer restores the regular table with your saved column, navigation and density preferences.
Item details have an Item section selector for stock and other sections. When creating or editing an item, More item options expands the optional fields, and Save / Cancel stay at the bottom of the screen. Collapsing options preserves entered values; validation reveals fields that need attention.
Floor mode
Floor mode (Operate → Floor mode, or /floor) is the touch-first
launcher for warehouse work on a phone or a wall-mounted tablet: big cards
for moving, receiving, counting, and put-away, plus a scan button. Cards
you lack permission for don't appear, and actions that can't work offline
disable themselves while you're disconnected.
Guided mobile flows
Open Floor mode and choose Move stock, Receive stock, or Count stock. Each flow has its own scan buttons and confirms the resolved name. Scanned labels stay within the active workflow. For counting, Scan location to start creates a new spot count; tap an item to enter a quantity and Save. Start it while online before saving quantities offline. The scanner
Press S anywhere, tap the scan button in floor mode, or use a hardware
scanner — Itemra reads both the camera and keyboard-wedge scanners. A scan
resolves to the item, location, container, or purchase order it identifies
and offers the right next actions. Details and supported barcode formats

Offline behavior
Open the workflows and load the records you need while connected. Supported move, receive, count and pick actions can then be saved on this device during a connection drop. Other actions, including loading put-away work, require a connection. Scanning can resolve recently used codes from its local cache.
Saved offline confirms that an action is queued; it does not mean the server's stock has changed yet. Keep Itemra open when you reconnect and check Offline actions in floor mode. Successful actions leave the queue. If stock or task state changed elsewhere, a conflict stays visible for review: check the current state before choosing Retry or Discard. Retrying a queued move after a lost response does not apply that same move twice.
Queued work belongs to this device and the organization, site and user that created it. Do not clear browser data while work is pending. Switching organization or user does not transfer queued actions to the new account. A change of organization, user, or access scope pauses existing queued work for review. Switching back does not resume it automatically: check each action before choosing Retry or Discard.
Install as an app
Itemra is an installable web app: use your browser's "Install" / "Add to Home Screen" action to get a standalone window, an icon, and faster startup. When a new version ships, the app shows an update prompt — accept it to reload onto the latest version.
If the update is not ready, the current page stays open. Wait a moment and choose Reload now again. Saved offline actions remain on the device; you do not need to clear browser data to retry an update.
