Saved views
Save list configurations — filters, columns, sorting — as personal defaults or shared team views.
What a view saves
On the big list pages (items, containers, movements), the exact configuration you've built — filters, visible columns, sorting — can be saved as a named view from the list's Save view control. Views restore in one click and keep list URLs shareable.
Personal and shared
A view is personal by default. Sharing it to the organization makes it selectable for everyone — the way a team standardizes "the receiving desk's item list" or "finance's movement export view". Sharing requires the share-views permission and the shared-views plan capability; a shared view is maintained by people with that permission, so team defaults don't drift by accident.
Set a view as your default and the list opens that way every time.
Practical patterns
- Role defaults — a shared view per daily job (floor, purchasing, finance) beats everyone rebuilding filters.
- Exception lists — "low stock, active only", "movements: adjustments this week" — save the questions you ask weekly.
- Before exporting — save the view first; next month's export is then the same slice, comparable against last month's.
