Stock reports

Current stock, by-location and by-category views, valuation, dead and stale stock, unplaced items, and COGS.

Current state

Current stock is the base report: every item with on-hand, reserved, and available quantities, filterable by site, category, and status. Stock by location answers the same question place-first, and by category / by manufacturer aggregate along the catalog axes. Lagerstatus is the compact Norwegian-style stock status summary.

The base question: what do we have, where.

Valuation

Stock valuation prices the inventory using your organization's valuation model (set in Settings → General) and shows the basis per row, so the total is auditable rather than a single unexplained number. Cost corrections appear in the history behind it. COGS (under projects) values consumption over a period.

Value with its basis, not just a total.

Housekeeping reports

  • Dead stock — items with stock but no movement in the window; the candidates for clearance decisions.
  • Stale inventory — stock unverified by any count for too long; feed for cycle counting.
  • Unplaced items — stock sitting in receiving areas or without a proper home; feed for put-away.
No movement in the window — decide, don't store forever.

Advanced reports (valuation among them) are a plan capability; locked ones stay visible in the hub.
